State Departments in the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Digital Economy Financial Year 2025-2026 performance contract targets will be aligned as per the commitments the Ministry made to the public.

John Tanui, said as the ministry aims to set very ambitious targets which are achievable, it is also keen on ensuring that key promises that were committed are achieved.
The purpose of the Performance Contract, which runs from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 is to establish the basis for ensuring that efficient and effective services are delivered to the citizenry in line with the provisions of the Constitution.
