The Kenya Railways Corporation has suspended its Nairobi-Kisumu Safari train, leaving thousands of passengers who use it stranded.
The suspension was revealed by several concerned customers who took to the railway's social media pages to question the sudden change after they had missed the train several times.
Although the corporation did not issue an official communication regarding the suspension, it assured customers that once the train resumes operation, they would be formally informed through a notice.
Kenya Railways did, however, not reveal when the suspension will be lifted.
