At least six people have lost their lives in a road accident at Korompoi on the Isinya-Namanga highway.
According to authorities, the incident occurred after the two vehicles, a PSV and a lorry, collided head-on.
The accident claimed the lives of the PSV driver and one of the victims on the spot, while the survivors were rushed to the hospital.
The accident comes just a day after another accident claimed the lives of twenty-one people in Kisumu yesterday.
