The Teacher Service Commission (TSC) has announced 24,000 internship vacancies for Junior school teachers.
In a public notice on Tuesday, August 26, the service announced that applications for the position must be submitted via the commission's portal before Monday, September 9.
TSC reiterated that no manual applications would be accepted.
To qualify for the internships, which are mainly targeting qualified and registered teachers who are currently unemployed, one must be a Kenyan citizen, have a diploma in education with a minimum mean grade of C+ and at least C+ in two teaching subjects in KCSE.
