President William Ruto met with hundreds of Kiambu grassroots leaders at the State House on Wednesday, August 27.

Held on the recently declared Katiba Day, Ruto shared with the leaders his three-year report card, before sharing the multibillion-shilling projects he had in store for the county.

Although he did not mention how much it was expected to cost, he promised a new 10,000-seater stadium, which will be built in Thika town.

The President further relayed that his administration was in the process of delivering the largest modern markets development in Kenya's history, including 30 modern markets in the county.
