Just days after a video of embattled Sirisia MP John Waluke made fun of a short-statured man in front of Interior Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen, Senator Crystal Asige had denounced the incident.
In the video recorded during a Jukwaa La Usalama forum, the MP mockingly directed the man to run across the dias and salute like a police officer as the crowd, including the CS, roared in laughter.
Taking to social media on Saturday, Asige, who sponsored the recently assented Persons With Disability Act, called out the act, relaying that she had already spoken to the leaders present.
She further brought up the Act, stating that she expected its passing to compel Kenyans, especially national leaders, to know better than to engage in such bullying activities.
