The Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced the rollout of a comprehensive employee satisfaction and workplace environment survey.

According to PSC Chief Executive Officer Anthony Muchiri, the survey, which will run from September 8 to September 20, aims to determine the level of employee satisfaction and the suitability of the workplace environment.

In particular, the initiative aims to gather insights into the current state of employee engagement, organisational culture, and overall well-being of workers across the public sector.

In a notice dated Tuesday, September 9, the PSC boss said the findings of the survey would be used to guide the Commission in establishing the overall baseline employee satisfaction index.
