Renson Ingonga, the Director of Public Prosecutions, has been elected as a Supernumerary Member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP) during an annual general meeting in Singapore on Tuesday.
As a Supernumerary Member, he will serve as an additional, non-regular member of the Executive Committee and will bring in extra expertise and regional representation. "The Director of Public Prosecutions, Renson M.
Ingonga, CBS, OGW, has been unanimously elected as a Supernumerary Member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP)," a statement by the ODPP read in part. "The election took place on 9th September 2025 during the IAP's 30th Annual Conference and General Meeting in Singapore."
