A man has been jailed for 20 years after he was found guilty of defiling and impregnating his 12-year-old daughter.
Principal Magistrate Christine Oruo at Rongo Court said that the prosecution proved its case against Joram Thomas to warrant a conviction. "The accused's defense was mere denial, full of half-truths, and was not convincing to the court," Mr.
Oruo said.
He was found to have defiled the minor on diverse dates between July 2023 and 2023 at Mateta area, Awendo Sub-County in Migori County.
