Four Cabinet Secretaries, including Defence Minister Soipan Tuya, have announced appointments to their ministries as part of the radical changes to enhance government operations.
According to a gazette notice dated Friday, February 7, CS Tuya announced the appointment of Brigadiers Jeremiah Maroko and Kioko Mwololo to be members of the Kenya Defence Forces Pension Assessment Committee. The main role of the pension assessment committee is to ensure that the pension scheme for the KDF officers is effectively and efficiently managed.
The duo was appointed alongside Colonel Symon Yator, Robert Maweu Mutula, and Patricia Njau to be members of the committee for three years effective February 7.
