What you will need: 500g boneless chicken breast, cubed 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 chicken bouillon cube 1 teaspoon garlic ginger mince Sake to taste 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 3 tablespoons white vinegar 1 onion cut into cubes I yellow capsicum cut into cubes 1 green capsicum cut into cubes Skewers soaked in water Vegetable oil for frying What to do: Marinate the chicken with the above ingredients except for the capsicums and onions.

Skewer the chicken cubes alternating with the capsicum and onions.

Pan sear the chicken skewers in a pan over medium heat with the vegetable oil until golden brown on each side.
