Nakuru County is urging its youth to capitalize on available resources designed to foster skills and economic growth, despite the significant challenges they face.
This call to action was highlighted during a meeting held at Kiamunyi in Menengai West Ward, where County Government representatives engaged with residents on youth empowerment and development.
Nakuru County Chief Officer for Public Participation, Edward Gitau, emphasized the underutilization of key facilities, including Youth Empowerment Centers, the Nakuru Textile Hub, and the county music studio.
He stressed their potential to generate employment and nurture talent, urging young people to leverage these resources to develop their skills and boost their economic prospects.
