Dela Ward Member of County Assembly (MCA) Yussuf Hussein Tolfiyo has finally reunited with his family in Nairobi, six months after his mysterious disappearance in September last year.
Eldas Member of Parliament Adan Keynan, who is also a relative of Yussuf, confirmed the news, stating that he is in good health and high spirits. "Thank God Yussuf is alive and at home.
He is in good health.
His reappearance is by the grace of Allah," Keynan stated, attributing his return to divine intervention rather than any specific individual or institution.
