The Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) has congratulated Commissioner Dr.
Jacob Mbijiwe on his appointment by the Public Service Commission as Secretary, Human Resource Service, at the Ministry of Public Service and Human Capital Development in a press statement to the media.
Before his appointment, Dr.
Mbijiwe was the Director, Human Resource Management and Development at the Ministry and also the alternate representative to SRC of the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Public Service and Human Capital Development.
