The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) on Thursday, May 8, directed motorists to collect their number plates from their respective application centres.

Following the directive, some motorists reported challenges in checking the status of their number plates and knowing the collection centres.  To avert such problems, NTSA usually sends brief text messages notifying motorists when and where to collect their items.

However, some drivers fail to receive these messages.

Failure to receive a notification from NTSA could be due to factors such as an incomplete application, unpaid fees, or incorrect information provided during the application process.
